*When will my package arrive?
Your package should arrive about 7 days after it has been mailed; due to the nature of the mail system once it leaves our facility we can not guarantee the exact delivery date.
*What is your cancelation policy?
The Quarterly box is a 1-year commitment, the rest of the subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
*Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. But keep checking back because things can change.
*Can I give this as a gift?
Of course you can, click on the send a gift icon subscription and type in their shipping address and make sure you put in your billing address. Click Here to Send a gift
*Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is free for now, but may be added in the future.
*Do you offer refunds, returns, and exchanges?
No, due to the nature of the items in the box being handmade we will only replace/exchange because of a defect.
*When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged the next billing cycle on the same date you purchased your first box/pack. (Example: If you purchase your first pack on 11/8/2025 your next charge date will be 12/8/2025) Please note: this does not apply to the quarterly box.
