*When will my package arrive?

Your package should arrive about 7 days after it has been mailed; due to the nature of the mail system once it leaves our facility we can not guarantee the exact delivery date.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

No, not at this time. But keep checking back because things can change.

Shipping is free for now but may be added in the future.

No, due to the nature of the items in the box/pack being handmade we will only replace/exchange because of a defect.

You will be charged the next billing cycle on the same date you purchased your first box/pack. (Example: If you purchase your first box/pack on 11/8/2025 your next charge date will be 12/8/2025).
