We work on getting your box ready to ship. We ship out around the 25th each month.

*When will my package arrive?
Your package should arrive about 7 days after it has been mailed; due to the nature of the mail system once it leaves our facility we can not guarantee the exact delivery date.
*What is your cancelation policy?
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
*Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time. But keep checking back because things can change.
*Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is free for now but may be added in the future.
*Do you offer refunds, returns, and exchanges?
No, due to the nature of the items in the box/pack being handmade we will only replace/exchange because of a defect.
*When will I be charged for my subscription?
You will be charged the next billing cycle on the same date you purchased your first box/pack. (Example: If you purchase your first box/pack on 1/8/2026 your next charge date will be 2/8/2026).
